An NHS-diazirine based photoreactive crosslinker combines proven amine-reactive NHS and photoreactive diazirine, that is efficiently activated by long-wave UV (330-370 nm). A 13.5Å spacer arm contains a cleavable disulfide thus separating two functionalities upon disulfide reduction. Ideal for intracellular and intramembrane bioconjugations as this product is cell permeable.
