Description

Other names: 2H-1-Benzopyran-2-one, 7-amino-; 7-Amino-2H-1-benzopyran-2-one; 7-amino-2-chromenone; 7-aminochromen-2-one.

This product can be used for studying of proteases through piptide labeling. While 7-amonicoumarin conjugated to a peptide substrate, the fluorescent signal is quenched. After it is cleaved with a protease, AMC is released thus showing fluorescene.
