Description

Other names: Hydroxyl diazirine alkyne; 3-(3-Butyn-1-yl)-3H-diazirine-3-ethanol.

With two orthogonal reactive groups, this compound is ideal for light-activated ligation to a variety of functionalities by generation of a carbene which will couple irreversibly to groups in close proximity. The alkyne function allows for copper(I)-catalyzed click reactions selectively with azide functionalities.
