Description

Other names: 4-Trifluoromethyl-7-amino-2H-chromen-2-one. 7-Amino-4-(trifluoromethyl)coumarin. Coumarin 151.

This product can be used in the synthesis of substrates for the fluorometric assay of proteolytic enzymes in biological fluids. May also be used as a calibration standart for AFC-based enzyme substrates.

Compared to AMC, this CF3-containing fluorophore has longer absorption and fluorescence wavelength.
